Returns & Refunds Policy

At Avamira Furnishings (trading name of Forever Furnishings Ltd), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a clear and straightforward returns process in line with UK consumer law.


Returns (Change of Mind)

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unassembled
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • All parts, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns must be approved before being sent back.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-faulty items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Assembled or used items
  • Bespoke or made-to-order items
  • Personalised products
  • Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Items unsuitable for return due to hygiene or safety reasons

These exclusions will be clearly stated on product pages where applicable.


How to Return an Item

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email info@avamirafurnishings.co.uk with:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (where applicable)

Step 2 – Approval

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Step 3 – Package Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all components.

Step 4 – Send the Item

Return the item using the instructions provided.


Refund Process

Inspection

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

Refund

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processed within 7 working days of receiving the return

Please note:
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.


Deductions

The following may be deducted from your refund:

  • Return shipping costs (for change-of-mind returns)
  • Up to 10% restocking fee if items are:
    • Returned incomplete
    • Damaged
    • Not in original packaging
    • Cancelled after dispatch

Any deductions will be confirmed before the refund is processed.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos where possible

We will:

  • Arrange collection at no cost to you
  • Offer a replacement or full refund

Refused or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is refused or fails due to customer-related issues:

  • Return transport costs may be deducted from your refund

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us and we will do our best to assist and find a suitable solution.


Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
