At Ark Furnishings, we aim to provide a clear, fair, and transparent returns and refunds process in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returns – Change of Mind

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and unassembled

  • In original packaging

  • With all parts, accessories, and instructions included

  • In resaleable condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used items

  • Clearance items marked as non-returnable

How to Request a Return

Please email info@arkfurnishings.co.uk with:

  • Order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions and ensure correct processing.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed:

  • Within 7 working days after inspection, and

  • No later than 14 days in accordance with UK consumer law.

Your payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

Refund Deductions

A reasonable deduction may be applied where returned items show:

  • Damage

  • Missing parts

  • Excessive handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product

  • Incomplete packaging

Partial refunds are calculated based on the reduced value of the returned item.

Any deductions will be confirmed before the refund is processed.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and ideally within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange collection at no cost to you.

  • You will be offered a replacement or a full refund.

Refused or Failed Deliveries

If delivery is refused or fails due to reasons not caused by us, return transport costs may be deducted from any refund.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
