• Orders over £200:

Return window

• You may request a return within 14 days of delivery

Condition of returned items

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
• Returns showing signs of use, assembly, or damage may be refused or subject to a deduction

Change-of-mind returns

• Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be issued minus the return shipping cost
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Damaged or faulty items

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us promptly
• Please report any damaged or faulty items within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs
• A full refund will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected
• We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items

Refund processing

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Bank or card provider processing times may take an additional 2–5 working days

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Replacement items are dispatched after the original item has been received and approved
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been opened or used
• Items returned outside the 14-day return window
