Return window
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery
Condition of returned items
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- Returns showing signs of use, assembly, or damage may be refused or subject to a deduction
Change-of-mind returns
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be issued minus the return shipping cost
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Damaged or faulty items
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us promptly
